Terre A Terre, is the most impressive and beautifully created Vegetarian Cookbook I have ever seen. The presentation of the food is so intricate, colourful and appealing and would impress absolutely everyone, even meat eaters!
This book is proof that vegetarian food does not mean bland or boring, in fact, quite the opposite. And they are recipes that you can do in your own home!
Named after the Restaurant in trendy Brighton, this 230 page recipe book is a collection of some of their most popular dishes.
Terre A Terre was started in the 1980’s after Philip and Amanda met in a restaurant they were both working at. They recognised each other as a kindred spirit, with both loving food but had different backgrounds with cooking influences.
They both wanted to create a vegetarian restaurant that was anything but boring. The basis around Terre A Terre is to allow customers to really indulge when they are eating there yet still not using any animal meat.
