Have you forgotten what it means to love unconditionally? It’s easy…I always imagine myself in Yosemite where, hidden under a bridge lies a massive rock outcropping and a splendid roaring waterfall. Join me and imagine yourself deep in the woods, standing in front of your waterfall, a Waterfall of Love. You step in with one foot…and then the other, immersing yourself into the chilly waters and quickly, while you have your courage, dive just under the surface and effortlessly reach down deep into the clear waters, feeling your body being filled with light and love, down to the cellular level. Open your eyes and swim directly under the waterfall, lifting your face, allowing the refreshing Adam’s ale, shimmering with reflections of sunlight, to splash down on your face and head, releasing the tension in your shoulders and providing peace, love and light to your mind and heart.
This purity, this essence is the feeling to expand to others in everything you do. Will you meet me in the light, and together, let us create a rich, full life?
Truly the most beloved lesson one can live is to bring their loving spirit to every moment, remove all duality and confusion and know simply there is only love and light within you and around you.
