- Understand the importance of boundaries and how they can benefit you.
- You create a ritual star based on your senses and you decide exactly which self-care rituals you need to nurture you and restore your balance between body and soul.
- Beauty from the kitchen – a fun session looking at the food we use everyday and how we can use them to easily pamper ourselves.
- You create you own natural skincare product.
- Plus you create your signature aromatherapy blend.
Session Three: Eat Your Way to Well-Being
- We look into why a diet high in raw food benefits you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
- From this you set your why which gives you the motivation to integrate raw food, on your terms, into your diet once the weekend is over.
- We explore food through the senses to ensure you create a menu of food that reflects your personality.
- You devise your own super smoothie recipe.
Session Four: Your Unique Desires
- You create an Evoke statement card to sum up who you are and your desires.
- You make the commitment to live your desire.
Plus an abundance ceremony where you release old negative patterns and scarcity behaviours to allow in all that you want – you are giving yourself permission to say yes to you.
