After spending a week in Tuscany on a Yoga retreat, I cannot stress how amazing and also very important these types of trips are. You get to relax, take time out from stressful living, meet great new people, exercise, be surrounded by nature, and come away feeling inspired to stay healthy and you may even come back with a sense of purpose and joy.
