One of my favorite genres of books are health orientated ones so when a friend of mine spoke so highly about this book, by Barbara Wren, my ears certainly pricked up!
Barbara Wren is a very well known person amongst the natural therapies fans because she teaches and founded the College of Natural Nutrition in the UK.
Barbara has written her first book with Hay House publishers.
When I began to read this book I knew almost immediately that this book was groundbreaking with new concepts that make so much sense!
Not long into reading the first part of the book I thought, imagine if people studying medicine were all taught by Barbara, the entire health of the world would be different.
The planet is in a complete mess and so are WE! If the planet was a person, how sick do you think it would be? Like that of someone heading towards cancer or some serious deadly disease perhaps? You betcha! And aren’t we all facing becoming sick like that too?
This book has been written at exactly the right time the world needs to read it!
I have realised personally in the last few years, just how much Earth’s health is mirroring our own problems.
