I was having a very tough time back then and was a constant crier, I would literally cry at a drop of a hat and just felt hopeless most of the time. The crying was just so annoying and it made me feel worse, weak and just a big cry baby! I had a lot of emotional issues underneath the crying that I sorted out much later on, but using EFT to stop the crying was just incredible. I literally went from being a cry baby to hardly ever crying - in fact I could count on one hand how many times that has been in the last 5 years since we moved over here. It used to be that bad that I would probably cry about 10 times a week!
EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is really taking the world by storm - due to its quick and easy results. It's something you can learn on your own as its so easy to follow but I have found that with the help of someone, who can help you choose the right words, is just even more effective.
Chloe Compton, is a lady I met a few weeks ago, who is really gifted with explaining to people not only how to do the technique but also how to delve into your psyche to choose the right words and really get at the bottom of what you are feeling.
I am going to use it at the end of my pregnancy to help unlock any fears I have surrounding my labour. I did a hypnobirthing course which was wonderful but I feel that with EFT combined, it's going to make things a whole lot easier. And I was even considering doing some EFT just as I go into labour.
Have a read about what EFT is:
- EFT is a quick no invasive system of tapping on a set of acupunture points on the body while focusing on a particular issue. This tapping releases emotions held deep within our emotional body, which in turn remove emotional blocks and behavioural patterns.
- Statements relating to the problem are made while tapping on the set acupunture points which quickly releases trapped negative emotions from the mind and body. Negative limiting beliefs which are holding us back can be eliminated from our subconscious and replaced with positive beliefs that support our goals and ambitions.
- Once learnt EFT is an amazing transformational tool that you can easily continue to apply on your own. However, working with a therapist has many benefits including helping to identify what the underlying issue is and providing motivation and support to get the desired results.
EFT has been known to help with the below
- Fears & Phobes
- Pain Management
- Addiction & Obsessions
- Asthma Reliefs
- Self Esteem Issues
- Rage & Anger
- Performance Anixety
Millions of people are now attesting to the quick and easy instant results that this method gives. It's almost too good to be true, I know, but until you try it you won't really understand how amazing it it.
Some people spend years in therapy with an expensive therapist and don't really seem to progress with solving their problem. If it's that deep within your subconscious you might think that its impossible to solve but with having therapy myself over the years and finding it didn't help in the slightest. I really can't recommend EFT more highly!
And I really think Chloe is very gifted at helping people use the correct statements for what they need to do. Chloe can do skype consultations too and if you live in the London area, she can usually visit you at your home as well.
EFT is something you don't necessarily need many sessions of, but after meeting Chloe, I find that at least 4-5 would be really beneficial as she just really gets into the problem and helps you to break down what really lies underneath. Sometimes choosing the correct statements is quite difficult - or you can sort one layer of the issue out but you still need to fix another layer within that same problem. She is just fab at helping you figure out what that is!
Take advantage of her 50% off first session offer whilst you can! You may only need one session by the way!!
