Virtually everything mentioned here can be avoided.
-Don’t eat fish–it’s all polluted. Farm fish is no better and the quality of the fish is actually worse. By feeding it unnatural food, it’s not even really like a fish anymore
-Don’t eat meat or make a very rare treat if you feel you must eat it and then choose certified organic only.
-eat certified organic produce only. Create demand. Our certified organic produce is getting cheaper. Demand it. Ask for it every time you go shopping. The more demand, the more that will be grown. Skip having a holiday, buy your clothes at thrift shops, walk instead of taking the car short distances. Put your money into good food instead. Grow a garden. Build a little greenhouse and grow your own food. Stop planting green lawns. Learn to enjoy (and eat) your “weeds”! Don’t eat them if you’ve been spraying with chemicals though. Read more
