I often end my healing sessions saying “be sure to drink plenty of water” as I wave my lovely patient goodbye. Why so? It’s because in a healing session, loads of ‘stuff’ is shifted… physical toxicity, links to others, trauma and imprints from past lives, soul contracts, and a bit of soul retrieval to round things off. That’s thirsty work for the physical body and it’s important to keep the flow going, and to help the release to continue.

All household water is chlorinated and around a half of our daily chlorine exposure is from showering.   Chlorine not only harms the body when inhaled, but is also absorbed through the skin. It strips the natural protective oils from the skin and hair, causing excess dryness. So bathing and showering with a filter that removes the chemical chlorine can greatly lower its drying effects.
