The volatile oil is extracted by steam distillation of the young rosemary leaf tips, freshly picked whilst at their most therapeutic and fragrant. Ginger is similarly warming and stimulating, and additionally contributes a valuable anti-oxidant action.
The energising fragrance is entirely natural, from a revitalising blend of essential oils including geranium and lavender. This shampoo is made with the mildest of detergents to avoid irritation of scalp or eyes. The wizards at Weleda have another clever trick up their sleeve: using the conditioning properties of Canadian wild clover honey to enhance shine and softness, but without the stickiness.
