And 5:2 for Foodies will make fast days a treat in themselves with recipes such as Garlic masala prawns with herb salad and Champagne granita with blueberries hosted by  Mark Baines, Head Chef of popular Chiswick restaurant Sam’s Brasserie.

Camilla Schneideman, Managing Director of Leiths says, We have noticed a growing trend towards healthier eating. Whether following a special diet for medical reasons, or just wishing to live a healthier life, our students are asking us for a more varied array of tasty and health-conscious options that fit with a busy lifestyle. Chefs like Ottolenghi have shown us that eating well can be a way of life, and that it is never necessary to compromise on taste. We’re excited to be able to showcase some innovative and delicious menus that have been specially developed for Leiths.
