Better Than Cornbread



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Cream butter, erythritol and stevia. 
  3. Add eggs One at a time to butter mixture, beating well after each.
  4. Mix almond and hazelnut flours with baking powder.
  5. Add egg to mixture to almond/hazelnut a little at a time while beating.
  6. Pour into greased 9 x 11 pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
