Let’s keep the chocolate making alive with some truffles
So one of our jobs as raw chocolate makers is to bring those layers of flavour into the chocolate in order to give people a well rounded experience which awakens the palate and excites the mind. This is something I talk more about in my Advanced Raw Chocolate: Level 1 class and we look at using various types of textures, flavours, aromas and colours to give the customer an unforgettable experience.
