Bring Out Your Hunter-Gatherer On A Food Safari’s Autumn Course

Learn to identify and cook edible wild food and mushrooms on a foraging course. In July we go Coastal Foraging on the Suffolk coast for samphire and other delicious seaside foods. In the autumn we focus on identifying edible wild mushrooms on half day Taste of the Wild in Suffolk, London and Cambridge and a full day Mushroom foraging course with a cookery workshop in Suffolk.

For beer drinkersBrewer for a Day is a hands-on brewing course with award-winning Norfolk brewery, Grain. You will get involved with the brewing, learn about the ingredients and what makes a pale ale so different from a stout. And of course there is plenty of opportunity to taste the results!

In London we’ve teamed up with artisan jam-makers, England Preserves, for Preserving in a Day. You will learn the art and science of preserving and producing jams, jellies, curds, and chutneys to savour the flavours of the season from the soft fruits of high summer, to autumn apples, pears, and quinces.

Food Safari courses make great presents and Gift Vouchers are available.
