Yummy Vegan Samosa recipe by Jacqui Love – Holistic Health For Life

I Love Indian food & I love fresh, non greasy foods.  Samosa’s are traditionally fried but I have baked these in the oven & still amazing.  I use Sweet potato as potato upsets my stomach & try to avoid nightshades as much as possible
