Oh my goodness! I am SO excited about this fantastic range I have just discovered.
There are so many things about I love! A whole range of products for face, body, hair & skin that is based on Chocolate and the super powerful Acai berry is just pure heaven to me! And, the fact that it is really a truly natural product with a large percentage of ingredients being of organic origin, this new brand called Ikove should probably be called ‘ILOVE’!
Not only is it a truly healthy product with NO chemicals at all, it has an incredibly low price range.
With products starting at £4.85 and the most expensive at £18.95 for the Age resisting serum, you can really get quite a few products for not that much cash and look after your skin and body and hair with top quality items.
I love the brown packaging, it already gives you that feeling of chocolate!
Ikove source their ingredients, directly from the Amazon but they make sure that they give back to the farmers, by paying them fair wages, and also making sure that they do not destruct the rainforest. I kove works with cooperatives who are committed to environmental preservation and fair trade criteria. They use fair trade certified cocoa butter which helps these farmers live a decent and fair life. So many companies have trashed the amazon rainforest SO much in the years and it still goes on, its wonderful to know that their are companies who know this and are respecting and helping wherever they can.

I loved this Chocolate shampoo so much that I have easily given it the Miss Eco Glam Award for Best Shampoo 2009! Lots of natural shampoos tend to leave your roots feeling a little bit greasy still and not perfectly clean. I think its been difficult for lots of brands to get that foaming action that does not strip hair but doesnt leave a film either. IKove have gotten it perfectly right!
I loved how my hair lathered up and felt very clean when rinsed. I really want to try the conditioner also as I think that would make the hair feel incredible! You can mix and match with shampoos and conditioners of course and the one that I did use worked well with this IKove Shampoo.
Everything about this range is fantastic, I love the prices, the packaging, the ethics (fair trade) the ingredients (chocolate!!!) and the way it works. I think Ikove is going to be one of my favorite brands and I can’t wait to try more!!
