I am always on the look out to create extra energy and nutrition for myself. Ever since I read the book, ‘Green for Life’ www.greenforlife.com a few weeks ago, and realising this is the way to superman (or woman!) health, I have been making sure I include alot of greens in my diet every day, usually through my mornings green smoothie.
Whilst some will say its better to get your nutrients from food, I beg to differ on this occasion. If you put some of all the foods, minerals, vitamins from this product into your blender, it probably wouldn’t fit! The list of ingredients in this tub are truly impressive.
I have had the container for a few weeks now but only have just started having it in my green smoothie. For some reason I thought it would taste horrible as there is just so many different types of foods in there! But mixed with with frozen organc banana, and also half a vanilla pod and I put in two scoops of this powder – it actually tastes incredible!
Sure the colour is not pretty but hey, when your at home on your own, who really cares that its not a pretty colour! When you get to my stage with wanting to be super healthy, you dont really mind about the look of it or not. It’s all about taste and what it will do for me
