If you are like me, then sometimes you are just too lazy to make a smoothie. Yes, you read right, little miss lazy bones over here! To fill in those lazy days, I usually purchase raw fruit juices from the supermarket. Only just recently, I found Charlies range in the local Coles store. I was very excited to try it! I love their concept and I love their eco-friendly packaging. Finally an honest healthy drink that tastes great, without all the artificial colours and flavours.
Charlies Honest Beverage Company was founded in 1999. A lovely trio based in New Zealand, who all believe in honest products to benefit a persons health, rather than wreck havoc on it to make a quick buck. They started out juicing oranges. And because they were dealing with oranges all day long, they decided to put their own stickers on them and supply them to green grocers and supermarkets. From there, they exploded onto the market and now they are well known for their honest eco drinks. To them, it’s all about the juice, the whole juice and nothing but the juice. I love that!

“Being honest. It’s about putting real fruit unadulterated fruit juice in our charlies bottles. Not that concentrated stuff that other ‘outfits’ use. Because with juice made from concentrate, you’re getting juice that’s been boiled, then evaporated to leave a gooey slush.
