I have just found this incredible ethical website that is really an online place where you can buy pretty much everything you need for your home, to eat, to wear, for children and much more!
I have found so many things I want to blog about but the first thing that caught my eye is this amazingly priced very similar style to a MUCH more expensive bamboo bag.
The one below (with ‘offer’ in red) is from the Ethical Superstore and is made from bamboo (sustainable material bamboo can grow 4ft a day!)
These bags are made by a womens group in the Philipines who produce roughly 500,000 bags and also many household items per year! And in doing this, they reuse millions of juice packs and candy wrappers from being burnt or ending up in streets and waterways.
The best thing about this is the price! Its £14.99 and looks identical to the bag below by (Nahui Ollin www.thegreenloop.com/nahui_ollin_s/537.htm) which is roughly sold in the uk for £100!!
To me, they look so similar and of the same kind of quality! It makes more sense to me which one is the better deal!
So for those that think that ethical fashion is always expensive, then think again because if you look hard enough it’s easy to find things like this that are ethically produced with a fantastic price!
This bag would make a good gift for someone that likes unusual things, is wanting to become more ethical or someone that you think should start and make that move to the green side!
