I have suffered with seasonal allergies since childhood – it manifests as flu like symptoms and can last for months. What little summer we have in the UK, is blighted for me, by my allergies.

It’s a horrible feeling… sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, feeling hot & cold, It’s no fun at all! Hay Fever is a sign of a deep imbalance in the body. It’s not just that the trees are shedding more pollen, or the wind is stronger, or the bedroom’s dustier. If pollen/grass/dust were the problem then we’d all be sneezing away…. it would be an absolute sneeze-fest!
