Well, I just keep getting completely impressed by this brand! I think they must have the most talented biochemists who work for them, making up new makeup products and accessories like this!
This magic mitt purely is just that - magic! I have used muslin type cloths to remove my makeup before and yes you can use them without cleansers but they leave your skin too clean and just not feeling very good. With the Jane Iredale Magic Mitt it is just so easy to use and really quite gentle on the skin!
Basically its a mitt that your hand slips into and each side is used (once slightly wet with warm water) to swipe over the face including the eye area. Now, I am someone who always uses eyeliner and mascara so I tend to have quite a bit of eye makeup on. And usually, I wake up every day with some still left on under my eyes which hasn't been cleaned properly the night before despite using a muslin cloth and or cotton wool! But since I have been using this mitt, I don't wake up with that, or any dark marks on my pillow case.
This mitt is truly great and is going to be long lasting as you can wash it (recommended after each use to wash and dry it) regularly. I find the eye makeup comes off the mitt very easily if you make sure you wash it after each wash.
This is a great travel item, gift and something that can be used on all skin types. Using this regularly will also make sure that you save a bit of money as you won't need a separate cleanser and eye makeup remover - and in this day and age, who doesn't want to save money?
