I started Miss Eco Glam in 2009, mainly to record my own thoughts about natural beauty products which led to reviewing and writing about loads of different things! I am an Aussie, living in London, who has been on a very long journey to become healthier, happier and more consciously aware of the earth and my responsibilty to preserve it. I absolutely love Eco Travel, Organic Food and Beauty Products, and am fascinated with the subjects of health and spirituality.

I am passionate about putting as much important information out into the world as possible to help others try and take control of their own health and live the best life possible! I also overcame severe depression and chronic fatigue with natural healing and have just finished my first book to do with life in our toxic world.

I want to inspire people that you can create the life that you dream of. I spent many many years being very depressed and negative and my life really mirrored that! I was desperately unhappy and things just never seem to got better. I feel like I am living my dream life, purely because I don't live in misery anymore, I get to travel for work and visit exotic places, but not because I am just ‘lucky’ – things only turned around when I stopped being negative! I just signed my first book deal for my ‘Guide to Beauty, Health, Parenting and Conscious Living’ which will be out mid 2013!

I became a mum in 2012 to Lola, our little healthy and happy princess brought into this world by a natural and drug free labour!

As the UK recession shows no immediate signs of easing, like many of you, I’ve been forced to rein in my spending. Yet, whilst I may have had to scrutinise the contents of my shopping trolley a little more closely, thankfully I haven’t had to compromise on the quality of the food that goes in it. In fact, I’ve recently discovered that I can still buy a fantastic range of wholesome superfoods on a seriously healthy budget!

Solar Power

Saturday, 11 May 2013 01:00 Published in Environment
The rapid development of the world economy and aggressive use of fossil fuels are increasing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, accelerating climate change and threatening the natural ecological balance. If we do nothing, serious consequences such as the global food crisis, water shortages, worsening pollution, and even ecosystem collapses will worsen.
